We are dependent on one another. We all know that. Here in American we must come to understand that by taking more personal responsibility for addressing our conflicts rather than turning to third parties to impose solutions we can save so much money, improve our relations, and really give a power boost to our corporate and business world. This shift in mindset is happening more and more in Europe with mediation taking center stage in so many arenas. We should not lag behind especially where here our courts are so overburdened, our business so top heavy still and our personal relations so stressed because of poor communication skills and too much emphasis on individuality.
