Private Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course

**A Florida Approved Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course**

This class meets the 4 hour Florida requirement. You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course pursuant to Florida Statutes which meets all requirements for your child custody proceeding under Florida law.

Sanchez and Baietto LLC, offers private classes for couples entering divorce, or anyone required under Florida law to take this class. The purpose of this class is educate parents on the effect divorce may have on their children and to provide information on how they may help their children transition during this time.

In addition to the standard course syllabus, you will participate in a hands-on workshop.  Every situation is different and this class takes an in-depth approach to your situation and is completely tailored to meet your issues and concerns.

Objectives of this Course:

• Divorce and the impact on parenting role
• Shared Parenting and the importance of parental roles post divorce
• Obstacles to shared parenting
• How divorce impacts children of different ages
• How to communicate with your children about the divorce and the upcoming changes in their lives
• How to communicate with the other parent
• Positive parenting techniques

While some may see this class as a “bump in the road” to the final result, we believe in the importance of this class and know that if taken seriously, could help parents learn how to work together for the sake of their children. From our experience the #1 reason people go back into court post divorce, is co-parenting issues. These issues usually result in parental alienation tactics and have little to do with the children and have more to do with ineffective communication and co-parenting problems between the parents. Investing a little now will more than compensate for thousands that could be spent later.
