A Unique, Effective Caring Approach

Sanchez and Baietto created this mediation/facilitation service after identifying a need for problem solvers who exert a calm, self-assured presence, possess attentive listening skills, have the ability empathize with professionals and lay people alike  and a desire to help people come up with creative solutions tailored to their particular situation. We combine our years of service as professionals and our training and expertise as problem solvers with our strong interpersonal skills to create a service specifically designed to give people a better choice for dispute resolution. Furthermore, we offer people the chance to develop themselves and their own problem solving skills which will serve them in the future and help them approach conflict in a whole new way.

We prepare for each case

Sanchez and Baietto prepare fully for each case. This includes spending time talking with attorneys about issues such as caucusing and opening statements.   If no attorneys are involved we speak to the parties, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, accountants and any additional necessary parties to get a clear idea of all legal issues, power struggles, underlying conflict and emotional issues.   The better prepared we are the better we can use our mediation/facilitation skills to help the dispute resolve.

We are Persistent

Sanchez and Baietto persist in the most challenging cases. We know that in most cases the underlying emotional issues dominate the conflict.  As a result, Sanchez and Baietto employ alternative facilitative techniques to get people talking again, to get points of view acknowledged and to bring a respect and dignity to the table that allows work toward resolution to continue.
