Step Outside What You Know To Solve Your Dispute

I dont know if any of you watch Fairly Legal, the show about mediation but I so identify with Kate Reed, the mediator. I left the law because of the injustices; there isn’t always a winner or loser; NOTHING is ever black and white and I am really good at helping people see what they actually want not what they think they want. The freedom of the process of a facilitated discussion/mediation coupled with a strong communicator – well, there is nothing else like it out there – not therapy, not litigation, not self-help, not motivational speakers. That’s the truth.
