Solution Focused Mediation

This is our basic style for so many mediations and facilitations. We are always searching out and digging deep to find common goals, priorities, concerns or any commonality that can help us move forward with the people and the issues with which we are dealing. The question asked and discussed in this post to the Husband about his Wife is one that can unlock so much for couples. I want to highlight it because couples who are having problems, on the path to divorce, or even co-parenting tend to focus only on the differences. They need to be reminded of what they have in common, what they like about the other and what “good” they can see in the other simply as other.
